Freedom From Smoking at Great River Medical Center


This program uses behavioral change methods. It focuses on creating a quitting strategy, understanding nicotine addiction, using nicotine replacement therapy, and stress management.

Classes will be offered on a quarterly basis for the community and GRMC employees. Next set of classes begin May 13. For more information and to sign up, please call 319-768-4100.
