All dinning establishments including bars are now smoke- free thanks to the Smoke-free Air Act passed on July, 2008
Please direct any complaints of dining establishments to the Iowa Department of Public Health.
The Iowa Department of Public Health website also provides Fact Sheets about the new law and signs that can be printed to hang in businesses.
